What is the store return policy?


All sales are final on all custom/personalized items. In some cases general merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit at our discretion. Email us at ordersupport@afterse7en.com for more information. See Returns Page for more details.




What are your store hours?


Monday - Friday 9AM- 4PM We try to answer calls and emails as they are received during these hours. If we are unable to connect with you at the moment please allow us up to 48 hours to respond. Call - 702-997-3736 Email - customercare@afterse7en.com




What if there is a problem with the website?


We strive to provide a seamless experience from start to finish but glitch! happens. Email us at techsupport@afterse7en.com with any and all concerns with the website. Please include as much detail as possible and screenshots are always helpful. Thank you for understanding.




How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
