Production Times

We try to strive for a 5-7 business day turnaround  time on general merchandise and up to 10 business days for custom/personalized items. Orders are not started until payment has been received. We require a 35% deposit on any custom order over $150. For large or bulk orders please email us at customercare@afterse7en.com as they are processed differently.

Shipping Policy

North America: 2-3 weeks 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times are based on the shipping method chosen at Checkout. After the successful submission of your payment, the processing and fulfillment of your order you will receive all relevant tracking information via email. We are not responsible for delays by the postal carrier, weather or any other unforeseen circumstance. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged items once in the possession of the postal carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

All customized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we deem a production error. Any custom item returned to us will be donated to the charity of our choice in the customers name.​ Requests to return or exchange non-customized items are subject to review and are not guaranteed. All products are sold as shown unless otherwise noted. Please confirm all choices such as size, color, font, etc before submitting payment. Once orders/invoices are paid we cannot guarantee that any changes or special requests will be honored.
