We, After Se7en, are not responsible for items not delivered once tracking information is confirmed. Your business is greatly appreciated and your privacy is of the highest importance to us. Custom Items

Processing times for custom items may vary based on preparation, assembly, curing and other factors. Items that are generally available for customization will include estimates in the individual item's description box. After your payment has been submitted and your order is received, we will send an email with an approximate processing time specific to your order. All customized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we deem a production error. Any custom item returned to us will be donated to charity of our choice in the customers name.


North America: 2-3 weeks 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times are based on the shipping method chosen at Checkout. After the successful submission of your payment, the processing and fulfillment of your order you will receive all relevant tracking information via email. We are not responsible for delays by the postal carrier, weather or any other unforeseen circumstance. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged items once in the possession of the postal carrier
